By choosing to use JourneyWell, you understand and agree that:

• Support tool, not medical care: JourneyWell is a supportive companion tool and does not replace medical, rehabilitation, or mental health care.

• Not for emergencies: JourneyWell does not provide emergency services. If you believe you may be experiencing an emergency, call local emergency services or contact your clinician directly.

• Patient-led sharing: You control what information is shared and who can view it. You can change sharing settings at any time.

• Care Team collaboration: If you invite a caregiver or clinician to your Care Team, they may view and contribute information related to your care (for example: session recaps, plans, reminders, observations, or resources).

• Your clinician may use their own consent: Your clinician may also provide a separate release or consent form as part of their practice.

• Your responsibility to use judgment: You are responsible for how you use the information in the app and when to contact your care team for guidance.

Privacy note for beta

JourneyWell is currently in beta. We are building toward stronger privacy controls and clinical-grade safeguards over time. Currently, we are focusing on reliability, patient control, and minimizing clinician burden while validating real usage.
